Dr. Porvaznik is a Board Certified Family Physician. She graduated medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (the military medical school) in Bethesda, MD.

Her residency training was split between the Charleston Navy Hospital and the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

She served 24 years in the Indian Health Service in Tuba City, AZ and Shiprock, NM. During this time she was fortunate to return to her medical school, USUHS, where she taught medical students.

She has lived in Flagstaff since 2016 working in various clinics.
She is excited to continue care in her new solo practice and looks forward to partnering with you for your healthcare needs.
